Directions from the N1
Follow Nelson Mandela in an easterly direction towards the city centre. Turn left at the robot at the Mimosa Mall, into Parfitt Avenue / General Dan Pienaar Drive. Follow General Dan Pienaar Drive in a northerly direction until you find Lucas Steyn on your left hand side. Follow Lucas Steyn, go past Ilanga Estate situated on your right hand side. Continue with this road. Less than 1 km from the Woodland Hills turnoff you will find Emoya Hotel & Spa on your left hand side.

Terms and Conditions for accommodation bookings:
- This booking needs to be confirmed within 72 hours to ensure an exciting stay at Emoya Wildlife Estate.
- Once the correct and amended confirmation has been signed and the documentation have been received, the 70% deposit must be paid.
- The remaining 30% must be paid before arrival. Quotations are automatically cancelled without notice if not confirmed in 72 hours.
- Please forward proof of payment, clearly stating the BKG number as confirmation of Payment. Please note the prices are subject to change.
- Once payment has been made, the booking is confirmed and the agreement becomes binding and should guest thereafter, for any reason wish to cancel or postpone, the client shall be entitled to pay cancellation fees. Cancelation Policy: Cancel within 2 Months 25% deposit refundable, Cancel within 1 Month, no deposit refundable
- Please note the check-in time is 14:00 - 19:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Late arrivals to be arranged with reception. Early check-in is possible if the room is ready for occupation.
- Final rooming list are required in writing from the client no later than 3 days prior to arrival.
- Emoya Estate, Management and Staff do not accept liability for equipment or personal belongings brought onto the property and which are left behind. PLEASE NOTE THAT AS A WILDLIFE ESTATE WE HAVE FREE-ROAMING ANIMALS ON THE PREMISES.
- All Guests must adhere to the rules and regulations of Emoya Wildlife Estate.
- All extras and activities is not included.
- Emoya only processes personal information that is adequate, necessary, relevant, and is not excessive. We may collect personal information on the Guest Registration relating to your stay with us. Emoya recognise the importance of protecting your privacy and are committed to protecting and preserving your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA Act”).We refer to information about you, or information from which you would be directly or indirectly identifiable, as “personal information”. We may also collectively refer to collecting, receiving, recording, organising, sorting, updating or modifying, handling, or using your personal information as “processing” such personal information. As you have provided your, and/or your organisations, personal information to us at the commencement of our valued business relationship with you for the purpose of providing business solutions and related services, we will continuously ensure that we abide by the regulations of the POPIA Act.

Rules
- Each Guest is bound to the Rules of the Lodge.
- This document serves as the guideline for Guests and to ensure that your stay is pleasant.
- It is the responsibility of Guests to familiarize themselves with the contents of the document. Ignorance of its contents in the case of misconduct cannot be an excuse.
Indemnity
- Any Guest causing loss or damages to any fixed or movable property of shall be liable to reimburse the lodge for any loss or damage. Emoya Basotho Lodge and its owner shall not be responsible for the loss of money or other personal property from the Guest’s rooms. Emoya Basotho Lodge accepts no responsibility whatsoever for loss of, or damage to residents’ private property during their stay.
- Guests are responsible for insurance of their personal items.
- A First aid kit is held at the reception for minor injuries, for any other serious ailments, Medical services are available at EmoyaMed Private Hospital on the Premises for your own account.
- Emoya Basotho Lodge and its owner shall not be responsible for any damages, losses or injuries during your visit.
Visitor’s responsibility
- Treat fellow Guests and Emoya Basotho Lodge staff with respect at all times.
- Please take responsibility for Children and minors staying with you at Emoya Basotho Lodge.
- Children should be under supervision at all times and are the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
- Respect the privacy of other Guests. Curfew for noise and gathering is strictly at 22:00. Fines will be issued for any infringements.
- Comply with all fair and reasonable guidelines, rules and instructions of Emoya Basotho Lodge personnel.
- Report any irregular deeds by fellow Guests.
- Use the available facilities with responsibility and accountability in accordance with the Lodge Rules.
- All Rooms has a NO SMOKING policy in the accommodation at all times. Please smoke outside. Care should be taken when smoking on the property due to high fire danger alert. Please take care when extinguishing your cigarette butts, please use the ashtray pots provided around the venue. Guest who are careless and cause a fire will legally be held responsible for damages to Emoya Basotho Lodge property and neighbouring properties. NO open fires allowed anywhere.
