When and where will this festival take Place?

Saturday 4 November 2017 at the Amaketi Arena and Spookhuijs garden at Emoya Estate Bloemfontein, 7 FransKleynhans Road, Groenvlei, Bloemfontein.

What time does the festival start?

At noon and gates open at 11am

Entrance and parking

Use the entrance at Groenvlei Avenue. There is ample parking near the Emoya airplane. The main gate will only be for artists, VIPs and employees.

Exhibitors – Food, arts & craft stalls

There will be loads of food stalls on the day. If you want to be a food vendor on the day, you can contact Adel by sending an email to adel@emoya.co.za
 

Will there be refreshments available / am I allowed to bring my own ?

Prohibited:  No food, drinks or alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises. There will be cash bars and food stalls.

Where do I get tickets?

PreSale tickets are already available at Emoya Estate at the Basotho Hotel and Shebeen bar at R150 per person. You can also buy tickets at Blend Bar, Boudoir, Patpong, Scarlet Room Lhp as well as Cell C stores.

Kids under 12years pay R50 at entrance and kids under 4 years enter for free.

Tickets will be available on the day at R150 per adult, kids under 12years pay R50 at entrance and kids under 4 years enter for free.

What is it all about?

The annual Emoya Voetspoor Festival will be held for the 6th time in 2017. This festival is made unique by taking place within a 270hectare wildlife estate yet has a carnival atmosphere that is enjoyed by families and students. The one day festival is filled with different genres of music and a variety of food and wine stalls to ensure a wide selection to please everyone taste buds.  A designated kiddies entertainment and play area will ensure for a fun filled family day.

Your ticket includes wine tasting coupons and access to all the entertainment.
Cash bars & food stalls will be provided.
No alcohol, drinks or food allowed. All will be sold at the venue. Safe and sufficient parking and facilities, kids more than welcome!!!!

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes 10 x  wine tasting coupons and access to all the entertainment.

What costs extra?

Food, drinks and wine will be sold at the bars and stalls.

There will be game drives on the estate every hour. The 20 minute game drive will cost R50pp

Matthew Mole,  The Black Cat Bones, Locnville, Wolfgang Marrow, Rush Hour, Having Crows, Stuart Milne, Francois Bouwer, Daniel Wesley, Vagabond en Timothy, Armand Hofmeyer and many more!   

When will what bands perform?

How and where do we get wine tasting coupons?

You will get your wine tasting glass & coupons on the day at the Bushbar in the Spookhuijs garden. Please note you will need to show your Voetspoor ticket in order to get your coupons.

Only one glass & coupons booklet per person, to use only on the day and while wine stock lasts.

Terms and Conditions

It is the ticket holder's responsibility to keep their cards safe. No duplicates are allowed.
Emoya Estate is not obliged to honor tickets purchased from a third party.
No refunds.
Only official, valid tickets will be allowed entry.
No pets are allowed.
No food, drinks or alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises. There will be cash bars and food stalls.
Weapons and illegal substances are prohibited.
